Webinar: getting it right when things go wrong

A #myHCPCstandards webinar, recorded June 2024, on getting it right when things go wrong (raising concerns and the duty of candour).

This webinar looks at the HCPC standards around raising concerns and the duty of candour, which HCPC registrants have a professional duty to uphold.

The webinar explores the standards relating to these duties, including standards 7, 8 and 9 of the standards of conduct, performance and ethics. It also looks at the reasons these are important, why they exist, and how to overcome the barriers to meeting them.

Presented by HCPC Professional Liaison Consultant and registered physiotherapist Hugh Tregoning.

Please note this video was recorded in 2024 as part of awareness raising around the revisions to the HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
