Gender pay gap report 2017

All employers with 250 or more employees are now required to publish their gender pay gap data every year under new legislation. A gender pay gap shows the difference in the average pay between all men and women in an organisation. The Gender pay gap differs from equal pay, which deals with the pay differences between men and women who carry out the same jobs, similar jobs or work of equal value.

This report sets out HCPC's gender pay gap data for the snapshot date of 5 April 2017.
