Important direct debit information for practitioner psychologists renewing their registration

Registration renewal forms were posted to all registered practitioner psychologists on 6 August. These must be completed and returned to the HPC no later than 31 October 2009.
Registration renewal forms were posted to all registered practitioner psychologists on 6 August 2009.
This renewal form asks you to renew your registration with the HPC if you wish to continue to practise as a practitioner psychologist. You will need to complete this form as soon as possible, but no later than the deadline of 31 October 2009, and return it to us with your payment or completed direct debit instruction.
Please note that if you wish to pay by direct debit you will need to provide us with bank details. This information was not transferred from the voluntary registers. If you wish to pay by direct debit, your form must be received no later than 20 October 2009.
Once you have renewed your registration, the HPC will send you a certificate and authentication card. These documents are printed with your name, registration number, the dates of your registration, and the protected title (or titles) that you are entitled to use. It does not show your qualifications, it shows that you are on the HPC Register and that you meet our standards.
