The Council is seeking to appoint three independent members to a new non-statutory Tribunal Advisory Committee. The committee will comprise of six members, three independent members and three panel chair members who will be drawn from our existing pool of Panel Chairs. The creation of the new committee is part of a wider project to help make clear that the adjudication of HCPC fitness to practise allegations is undertaken by independent Panels at arm’s length from the HCPC.
We are seeking to appoint candidates with experience of acting in an advisory or similar capacity, of participating in group discussions and with an awareness of key equality and diversity issues.
