2002 Qualitative consultation amoungst users

The principle objective of the qualitative research was to gauge the levels of satisfaction amoungst users using the existing CPSM system and to chart the areas in which HPC improve.


Survey users came from four groups:

1. Registrants

2. Emplyers (e.g. NHS Trusts, agencies)

3. Professions Bodies

4. Other registration system providers (e.g. GMC)
