Investigating

The Investigating Committee is a statutory committee of the Council. If we receive a complaint about a registrant, the Investigating Committee will assemble a panel to determine whether there is a case to answer. If the complaint is about fraudulent or incorrect entry onto the Register, this may be considered at a hearing by a panel of the Investigating committee. The Committee sets the strategy and policy for these panels.
